2005-14 Mustang S197 Lightweight Chromoly Steering Column w/ Firewall Plate 15-13

Get rid of the heavy, bulky steering column in your 2005 - 2014 Ford Mustang and make entry and exit around a cage much easier.  

Motion Raceworks new chromoly lightweight race steering column is now available.  This piece is Made in the USA from tig welded, chromoly steel.  All parts are CNC laser and formed for a perfect, finish.  We jig weld each unit to insure proper fitment and repeatability.  

Our column comes with a Motion Raceworks 5/6 bolt SFI quick disconnect, powder coated gloss black.  

Provision is on the drivers portion to remount under dash trim piece for a factory, clean look and no large open spaces.  Filler panel powder coated semi gloss black to match factory trim is provided at no additional cost.  

Choose factory steering shaft (to rack) adapting option if reusing stock steering rack.  Flaming River steering shaft kit also available in options below.  

Factory Steering Column: 24 lbs.
Motion Raceworks Lightweight Column w/ Grant Wheel: 7 lbs.

Note:  Factory Steering Shaft Option requires you to reuse Lower U-Joint with our kit sent.

Flaming River Rack Option comes with (2) U-Joints, and 3/4" DD shaft.
